Agnes has close to thirty years of legal experience representing technology companies in commercial, corporate, compliance, M&A, IP, and international law matters.  Most recently, Ms. Pak led Commercial and Corporate legal functions at GitHub, Inc.  She previously served as General Counsel at ClearCare, Inc., a SaaS platform for home care agencies and Lithium Technologies, Inc., a community platform software company.  Prior to Lithium, Agnes worked in house at Interwoven, Inc. and later Autonomy, Inc. after it acquired Interwoven.   Agnes previously spent 10 years in private practice at several major law firms, including Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she worked with public and private companies through all stages of their development as well as venture capital funds as they invested in technology companies. 

 

Agnes earned her juris doctorate from Hastings College of Law and a bachelor degree in Political Economies of Industrial Societies from the University of California Berkeley.

 

Agnes currently resides outside of San Francisco, California with her husband.   Her two daughters are nationally recognized sailors who currently compete for Harvard University and Cornell University.
